It’s easy! Just follow the simple steps below . . .
STEP 1
Send CreativeStuff a brief and tell us what you want. Please provide as much information as possible. Here are some guidelines:

CreativeStuff will then email you a free quote based on the information provided in your brief.
STEP 3
If you are happy with our price, you will be required to pay a 50% deposit, either via electronic transfer or PayPal. Once proof of payment has been received we will start work on your job.
STEP 4
CreativeStuff will then send you a proof (for design), draft (for text related jobs), project concept (for campaigns, research work etc) for you to check, make changes, comments or approve. E-book cover design proofs are embedded with a CreativeStuff copyright watermark to prevent unauthorised use.
STEP 5
Additional proofs will be supplied at no extra cost (within reason) until you are completely satisfied. Obviously it is best to make design changes as early as possible in the process to avoid delays or incur additional charges (eg if substantial changes or totally new artwork is requested when the job is near completion or at the final proof stage).
STEP 6
A final proof will be provided for you to sign off. Once written approval has been confirmed, the balance of payment must be settled before the final artwork can be released.
STEP 7
Once proof of payment of the outstanding balance has been received, the finished job / print-ready artwork at high resolution will be sent to you. Receipt of payment will be provided on request.

- What is it? (ie a promotional flyer, poster, advertising campaign, logo, research project, press release etc)
- What audience do you want to reach? (target market)
- What is your message? (ie what exactly do you want to say, communicate, or get your audience to do? What response are you hoping for?)
- What are your specifications? (will artwork be needed in a particular format or application, ie for print or electronic circulation, a PowerPoint presentation, an e-book cover for Kindle, etc)
- What are the dimensions? (please provide exact sizes and any other specific technical data)
- Is there a specific look / ‘feel’ you would like to convey? (eg an upmarket, high-tech look, ethnic African feel, etc)
- Are there any additional requirements? (will you also need text edited or originated, a logo created, will the design be used in other applications at a later date, etc)
- What is the deadline? (this is very important!)
- Are there any particular budgetary or other constraints? (eg is it perhaps a community project with limited funds – CreativeStuff offers discounted rates and specially negotiated terms for grassroots community-based projects)

TERMS & CONDITIONS
- In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with our work and choose not to use what we have produced, a rejection fee is included in your 50% deposit so there will be no extra charge for work already undertaken.
- CreativeStuff retains intellectual property rights over all work generated.
- Income generated from CreativeStuff’s commercial projects helps support our community work.
